Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the JC2R Automation Platform (the "Service"), provided by JC2R S.A.S. ("JC2R", "we", "us"), a company registered in Colombia. Contact: info@jc2r.com.

2. The Service

JC2R provides a software-as-a-service platform for business automation, including an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant, together with the setup, maintenance and technical support described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Subscription and billing

The Service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard ("Manage subscription"); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's or Meta's Business and Commerce Policies.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers such as Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), AI model providers and Paddle. Their availability and policies are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the content and customer data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or modify features; material changes to these Terms will be notified by email or in the dashboard.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JC2R is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
