Who is responsible

JC2R S.A.S. (Colombia) is responsible for the personal data processed through jc2r.com and the JC2R Automation Platform. Contact: info@jc2r.com.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Billing data: subscription status and Paddle customer identifiers. Card details are handled by Paddle and never reach our servers.
• Service data: messages, contacts and documents your business processes through the WhatsApp assistant, on your behalf.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information and logs needed to secure and operate the Service.

How we use it

• To provide, maintain and support the Service.
• To manage your subscription and communicate about your account.
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Processors we share data with

Paddle.com (payments and invoicing, as Merchant of Record), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), AI model providers used to generate replies, and our hosting provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service. We do not sell personal data.

Customer data

For the conversations and contacts processed by your assistant, you are the data controller and JC2R acts as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your customers.

Retention

We keep account and service data while your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, billing records).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@jc2r.com. We apply Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) and honor equivalent rights for users in other jurisdictions.

Free academy

When you sign up in the free academy (jc2r.com/academia) we collect your name, your WhatsApp number and/or email, the date and text of your authorization, and the course you signed up from. We use them only to give you access, to let you know about new courses and lessons, and to send you academy content. You can ask us to stop or to delete your data at any time by writing to info@jc2r.com or on WhatsApp.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one to keep you logged in, one to remember your language and, if you sign up in the academy, one to keep its courses open in your browser. Paddle may set its own cookies during checkout.
